I would like to start by thanking my clients! Without your support, I wouldn’t be able to confidently stand behind this policy. Your respect for me both as an individual and a business professional is extremely appreciated. It is unfortunate but true that in this business such a policy is necessary to insure that both my time and business are secured. I would like to thank you in advance, for your understanding and cooperation in the following cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give me a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of all scheduled service(s). Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s). Grace & Exceptions I do understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies come up. I will do my best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Unfortunately I do keep record of these occurrences as to prevent abuse of this policy. This policy is in place to protect myself as well as my other clients. I earn my living by providing services for the guest that are in my chair. I do not make a salary or hourly wage. If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this doesn’t leave me an opportunity to book another appointment. As for my clients protection: my schedule tends to fill up quickly at times, especially nights and weekends.
